These terms describe how The Postpartum Return program works. By joining the waitlist or enrolling, you agree to them and to our Health Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase. Waitlist members are offered the founding rate of $400/month for 3 months while founding spots are available. Founding spots are limited to 10. To hold a founding spot, you pay a $50 deposit. The deposit is credited toward your first monthly payment. The deposit is fully refundable at any time before your consultation call with Paige: email us and we will refund it to your original payment method. After the call, the deposit is no longer refundable, but it is still credited toward your first monthly payment. We will confirm your rate and start date before you enroll.

Program and billing

The Postpartum Return is a 12-week coaching program. The regular price is $500/month, billed monthly for 3 months. Your first payment is due when your program starts.

Start date and pauses

The Built for Motherhood app is in development. If it is not available by your start date, you will receive the same workouts, meal plans and check-ins in another digital format until it launches.

Start date

Your program starts approximately 8 weeks after your due date, and only after you confirm you have been cleared for exercise by your healthcare provider. If you need more time, we will move your start date. If your provider advises you to stop exercising during the program, contact us and we will work with you to pause your program.

Show-up guarantee

If you attend your scheduled coaching calls and complete your weekly check-ins for all 12 weeks and do not feel stronger and more confident in your routine, Paige will provide 4 additional weeks of coaching at no cost. To use the guarantee, email us within 14 days after your program ends.

Cancellations and refunds

The founding-spot deposit is refundable before your consultation call, as described above. You may cancel future monthly payments by emailing us before your next billing date. Other payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or where the program is paused for medical reasons as described above.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate health information, to obtain and follow your healthcare provider's guidance, and to stop exercising and seek care if you experience concerning symptoms.
