Sound familiar?

Life after baby is a lot.

  • You are tired, and your body feels like someone else's.

  • You want to work out, but you don't know what is safe.
  • You have no time, and plans online are not made for new moms.

This program fixes that. Paige gives you a clear plan, step by step, from a nurse who knows birth and a coach who knows strength.

Do the work. We've got you.

Go to your calls and send your weekly check-ins for all 12 weeks. If you don't feel stronger and more sure of yourself, Paige will coach you for 4 more weeks for free.

Plus our doctor's OK promise: if your doctor has not said you can exercise by your start date, we move your start date. You don't pay until you start.

Is it right for you?

Who this is for.

A great fit if you…

  • Had your baby about 8 weeks ago or more
  • Have your doctor's OK to exercise
  • Want a clear plan and someone to keep you on track
  • Can do 2 to 4 short workouts a week

Talk to your doctor first if you…

  • Have pain, heaviness or leaking down below, or a gap in your belly muscles. Our exercises can help, but you still need to be checked by your doctor or a pelvic floor physical therapist.
  • Had problems during birth, or have a health problem that is still going on
  • Feel very sad or worried. Depression and anxiety after baby are common, and they can be treated.

Questions

Good to know.

When does my program start?

8 weeks after your due date, once your doctor says you can exercise. If you need more time, we move your start date. You don't pay until you start.

How does payment work?

The program is 12 weeks. You pay once a month for 3 months. The normal price is $500 a month. Waitlist members can get the founding price of $400 a month. Joining the waitlist is free. To lock a founding spot, you pay a $50 deposit. It comes off your first month, and you can get it all back any time before your call with Paige.

Will this help my milk supply?

We can't promise that. Many of our meals work well for moms who breastfeed, but milk supply depends on a lot of things. If you are worried about your supply, talk with your provider or an IBCLC lactation consultant.

Is Paige my nurse?

No. Paige is a Registered Nurse, and that helps her coach you well. But this is coaching, not medical or nursing care. Your own doctors stay in charge of your health care.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your plan can be for home with very little gear, for the gym, or both.
